Good to know
Capacity advise: 4-seat cars for maximum 3 passengers, 7-seat for maximum 5 passengers and 16-seat for maximum 12 passengers, this is to allow room for your luggage and comfortable.
Tipping is no obligation. If you are happy with the service of the driver, you might consider to give small tips.
Do NOT follow any driver who do NOT have your name on since they might rip your off with their affiliate taxi services or their own private car.
The price quoted is per car, not per person, and the quoted price is fully inclusive – private car and airport pick up service, with no hidden extras.
When you make a booking, you need to advise us of your flight details and your destination (your hotel or place to travel). Your transfer will be confirmed within 1 hours. Payment can be made upon trip completion. Cancellation is free of charge and need to be sent to us at least 48 hours in advanced.
Cancellation policy
If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:
- 2 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 1 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- Cancel after 12 hours, we will charge 100%
